This is evaluation of preparedness of your organization for private-public cooperation.

THIS IS THE FIRST PAYMENT FOR PRODUCT 1

This product includes one digital download zip file with:

1. QR codes for the evaluation in EN
2. 100 access codes for participants in pdf format

How it works:

You select 100 respondents, give to each of them one of the 100 codes for the evaluation and the QR code for the evaluation app on our server. They login with one of the participant numbers which you received from us, complete and submit the survey by their phones. After you decide that the survey may stop (no need to wait for 100 respondents), you send us an email at welcome@egalsitehosting.pro, we stop the survey, produce the csv file with the results and send it to you by email.

After you receive the csv file, you proceed to the SECOND PAYMENT.
