Customer Risk Management Survey, Morganite Package for Childcares is ready pre-designed hosted on our server online survey, which you can use to receive information from your customers about how safe and happy are their with your services. You choose your own 100 respondents, we will send you 100 unique codes for the survey and the link to the survey page on our server. You can give to each of the respondents (your own customers) the QR survey code. They can scan the code and login with one of the participant numbers which you received from us, they can complete and submit the survey by their phones. After all the participants submitted their questionnaires or after a given end date for the survey, you will receive ready template for graphic report and the data with the results in csv format (you can open it in excel). The hosting packages includes ready report template, which you can use with our product.
 After the survey is ready, you can just change the numbers and your infographic presentation is ready, unless you want to make something more specialized by yourself (which you can do with the data from csv file).
